The benefits of meditation are many. It reinforces the mind/body connection; decreases symptoms of stress; quiets the mind; and strengthens your connection to a higher Source, your inner self, and to all things. It cultivates inner peace and calm, in a busy and frenetic world.
Please join us for a 30-minute meditation session most Tuesdays at lunchtime! Ann Thomas, yoga/meditation and Reiki practitioner is a wonderful facilitator in quieting the mind. You will leave feeling renewed!
