During our Five Stones Circle of Wellness health retreat, you will:
- Define your personal health goals and develop a plan to meet them.
- Find new ways to increase strength and flexibility through customized balanced movement.
- Learn the benefits of fresh, seasonal eating to optimize your body’s metabolism and wellbeing.
- Apply strategies to increase mindfulness in each of these areas.
These health retreats are held in a small group setting on a beautiful farm in Waterford, Virginia, while ongoing support will be provided through our exclusive Facebook group.
Each Circle of Wellness represents a season of the year and spans one month, giving you the time and support to make significant progress on your goals.
